Ingredients

  • Shallot2 Schalotten, fein
  • White Balsamic70 ml weisser Balsamico
  • Chicken Stock200 ml Geflügelfond
  • SaltSalz (2 g)
  • PepperPfeffer (0.5 g)
  • Grain Mustard1 TL grobkörniger Senf (5 ml)
  • Walnut Oil70 g/ml Walnussöl

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): White Balsamic, Chicken Stock, Grain Mustard, Walnut Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Shallot, Salt, Pepper.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
