Ingredients

  • Lime Juice1 quart lime juice (946 ml)
  • Fish Sauce¼ cup fish sauce (60 ml)
  • Sugar1½ cups sugar (360 ml)
  • Thai Chile5 bird’s eye chiles

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lime Juice, Fish Sauce, Sugar.
  2. Add finishing notes: Thai Chile.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
