Ingredients
- Lime Juice — 1 quart lime juice (946 ml)
- Fish Sauce — ¼ cup fish sauce (60 ml)
- Sugar — 1½ cups sugar (360 ml)
- Thai Chile — 5 bird’s eye chiles
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lime Juice, Fish Sauce, Sugar.
- Add finishing notes: Thai Chile.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
