- Gochujang — 3 Tbsp (45 ml)
- Rice Vinegar — 2 Tbsp (30 ml)
- Sugar — 1 Tbsp (12 g)
- Garlic — 1 tsp minced (3 g)
- Sesame Oil — 1 tsp (5 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Gochujang, Rice Vinegar, Sesame Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Sugar, Garlic.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
