Ingredients
- Mayo — ¼ cup mayonnaise (60 ml)
- Buttermilk — ¼ cup buttermilk (60 ml)
- Chives — 1 tsp chives (5 ml)
- Parsley — 1 tsp parsley (5 ml)
- Garlic — ½ clove garlic, minced
- Tabasco — 2 dashes Tabasco (1 ml)
- Salt — Salt (2 g)
- Pepper — pepper (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Mayo, Buttermilk, Chives, Parsley, Tabasco.
- Add finishing notes: Garlic, Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
