Ingredients
- White Soy — 1 cup white soy sauce (240 ml)
- Lemon Juice — 4 tbsp lemon juice (60 ml)
- Lime Juice — 3 tbsp lime juice (45 ml)
- Ginger — 3 tbsp minced ginger (45 ml)
- Thai Chile — 1 tsp sliced Thai chile (5 ml)
- Honey — 2 tbsp wildflower honey (30 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): White Soy, Lemon Juice, Lime Juice, Ginger, Thai Chile, Honey.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
