- Grapeseed Oil — 250 ml
- Red Wine Vinegar — 74.26 ml
- Parsley — 37.5 g
- Shallot — 25 g
- Chives — 17.5 g
- Cilantro — 15 g
- Oregano — 10 g
- Garlic — 7.5 g
- Salt — 7 g
- Lemon Juice — 5.83 ml
- Pepper — 1 g
- Bird's Eye Chile — 2 g
- Olive Oil — un filet pour finir
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Grapeseed Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, Lemon Juice.
- Add finishing notes: Parsley, Shallot, Chives, Cilantro, Oregano, Garlic.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
