- Red Pepper — 1/2 sweet red pepper chunks (60 g)
- Onion — 1/2 small yellow (60 g)
- Garlic — 3 cloves
- Parsley — 5 sprigs leaves (10 g)
- Mint — 5 sprigs leaves (8 g)
- Garlic Powder — 1 1/2 Tbsp spicy garlic rub / seasoning (12 g)
- Salt — 1 1/2 tsp kosher (9 g)
- Tomato Paste — 4 Tbsp Turkish hot pepper paste or tomato paste (63.64 ml)
- Olive Oil — 2 Tbsp (30 ml)
- Water — 1/4 cup (60 ml)
Method
- This sauce needs a blender — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
- Combine measured ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust salt and acid.
