Ingredients

  • Soy Sauce100 g soy
  • Onion40 g onion
  • Pear Juice70 g pear juice
  • Corn Syrup30 g corn syrup
  • Sugar20 g sugar
  • Garlic30 g garlic
  • Sesame Oil15 g sesame oil
  • Sesame Seed10 g sesame
  • Pepperpepper (0.5 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Soy Sauce, Pear Juice, Corn Syrup, Sesame Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Onion, Sugar, Garlic, Sesame Seed, Pepper.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
