- Soy Sauce — 100 g soy
- Onion — 40 g onion
- Pear Juice — 70 g pear juice
- Corn Syrup — 30 g corn syrup
- Sugar — 20 g sugar
- Garlic — 30 g garlic
- Sesame Oil — 15 g sesame oil
- Sesame Seed — 10 g sesame
- Pepper — pepper (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Soy Sauce, Pear Juice, Corn Syrup, Sesame Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Onion, Sugar, Garlic, Sesame Seed, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
