- Creme Fraiche — 70 mL crème fraîche
- Horseradish — 30 g fresh horseradish, finely grated
- Lemon Zest — grated zest of 1 lemon (2 g)
- Red Wine Vinegar — 1 tsp red wine vinegar (5 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Creme Fraiche, Horseradish, Red Wine Vinegar.
- Add finishing notes: Lemon Zest.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
