Ingredients
- Red Onion — 3 red onions, peeled, thinly sliced
- White Vinegar — ¼ cup distilled white vinegar (60 ml)
- Sumac — 1 Tbsp sumac (15 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): White Vinegar, Sumac.
- Add finishing notes: Red Onion.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
