Ratio by volume: White Vinegar 60 ml, Sumac 15 ml

Ingredients

  • Red Onion3 red onions, peeled, thinly sliced
  • White Vinegar¼ cup distilled white vinegar (60 ml)
  • Sumac1 Tbsp sumac (15 ml)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): White Vinegar, Sumac.
  2. Add finishing notes: Red Onion.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
