- Lemon Juice — 1.5 Tbsp lemon juice (22.5 ml)
- Dried Mint — 3 Tbsp dried mint (45 ml)
- Salt — kosher salt to taste
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lemon Juice, Dried Mint.
- Add finishing notes: Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
