Ratio by volume: Cane Vinegar 240 ml, Pickle Juice 60 ml, Knorr Liquid S 15 ml

Ingredients

  • Cane Vinegar1 cup cane vinegar (240 ml)
  • Pickle Juice¼ cup pickle juice (60 ml)
  • Knorr Liquid S1 tbsp Knorr liquid seasoning (15 ml)
  • Red Onion½ medium red onion, finely diced
  • Garlic2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Thai Chile4 Thai chiles, sliced thinly crosswise

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Cane Vinegar, Pickle Juice, Knorr Liquid S.
  2. Add finishing notes: Red Onion, Garlic, Thai Chile.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
