Ingredients
- Cane Vinegar — 1 cup cane vinegar (240 ml)
- Pickle Juice — ¼ cup pickle juice (60 ml)
- Knorr Liquid S — 1 tbsp Knorr liquid seasoning (15 ml)
- Red Onion — ½ medium red onion, finely diced
- Garlic — 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Thai Chile — 4 Thai chiles, sliced thinly crosswise
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Cane Vinegar, Pickle Juice, Knorr Liquid S.
- Add finishing notes: Red Onion, Garlic, Thai Chile.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
