- Oregano — 5 g Oregano
- Marjoram — 2 g Majoran
- Onion Powder — 5 g Zwiebelpulver
- Smoked Paprika — 5 g geräuchertes Paprikapulver
- Paprika — 15 g Paprikapulver edelsüß
- Chili Flakes — 10 g Chiliflocken
- Cumin — 1 g Kreuzkümmel
- Olive Oil — 130 g Olivenöl
- Red Wine Vinegar — 15 g Rotweinessig
- Salt — 8 g Salz
- Sugar — 2 g Zucker
- Garlic — 50 g konfierter Knoblauch
- Lime — Zeste + Saft von ½ Limette (15 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar.
- Add finishing notes: Oregano, Marjoram, Onion Powder, Smoked Paprika, Paprika, Chili Flakes.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
