- Lime Juice — 8 oz (240 ml)
- Garlic — 4 cloves
- Habanero — 2 halves (~1 chile)
- Salt — to taste ~1 teaspoon
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lime Juice.
- Add finishing notes: Garlic, Habanero, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
