- Lime Juice — juice of 3 limes ×2 batch (180 ml)
- Garlic — 2 cloves
- Chile — 1 ají limo (12 g)
- Salt — 1 Tbsp kosher (15 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lime Juice.
- Add finishing notes: Garlic, Chile, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
