Ingredients

  • Lime Juicejuice of 3 limes ×2 batch (180 ml)
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Chile1 ají limo (12 g)
  • Salt1 Tbsp kosher (15 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lime Juice.
  2. Add finishing notes: Garlic, Chile, Salt.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
