- Mayo — 200 g de mayonesa casera
- Ketchup — 75 g de kétchup
- Orange Juice — 15 g de zumo de naranja recién exprimido
- Cognac — 15 g de coñac
- Worcester — 5 g de salsa Worcestershire
- White Pepper — pimienta blanca recién molida (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Mayo, Ketchup, Orange Juice, Cognac, Worcester.
- Add finishing notes: White Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
