- Onion — 1 onion
- Spring Onion — 2 small or 1 large spring onion, chopped
- Garlic — 3 small garlic cloves
- Parsley — 1 cup flat-leaf parsely (loosely packed) (240 ml)
- Thyme — 3 tsp thyme (loosely packed) (15 ml)
- Marjoram — 3 tsp marjoram (15 ml)
- Habanero — ½ habanero chilli
- Worcester — ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce (2.5 ml)
- Salt — salt (2 g)
- Pepper — pepper (0.5 g)
Method
- This sauce needs a blender — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
- Combine measured ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust salt and acid.
