- Fish Stock — 30 cl de fumet de poisson (300 ml)
- Heavy Cream — 30 cl de crème liquide (300 ml)
- Salt — Sel (2 g)
- Espelette — Piment d’Espelette (1 g)
- Lime Juice — 1 citron vert (30 ml)
Method
