Ingredients

  • Balsamic1/2 cuillere de vinaigre balsamique (7.5 ml)
  • Olive Oil3 cuillere a soupe d'huile d'olive (45 ml)
  • Gf Juice1 pamplemousse: 3 supremes + jus
  • Orange1 orange: 3 supremes + jus
  • Lemon Juice1 citron jaune: 3 supremes + jus
  • Chervilcerfeuil equeute, hache (2 g)
  • Espelettepiment d'Espelette (0.3 g)
  • Salt1 pincee de sel (1 g)
  • Pepper1 pincee de poivre (0.3 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Balsamic, Olive Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Gf Juice, Orange, Lemon Juice, Chervil, Espelette, Salt.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
