- Brown Sugar — 37.5 ml
- Soy Sauce — 20 ml
- Garlic — 5 g
- Bird's Eye Chile — 3 g
- Salt — 2.5 ml
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lime Juice, Brown Sugar, Soy Sauce, Salt.
- Add finishing notes: Garlic, Bird's Eye Chile, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
