Ingredients
- Lime Juice — 50 ml limoensap
- Rice Vinegar — 50 ml sushi-azijn
- Fish Sauce — 50 ml vissaus
- Soy Sauce — ½ el Tomasu Sweet & Spicy sojasaus (7.5 ml)
- Sugar — 1 tl rietsuiker (4 g)
- Red Onion — ½ el fijne blokjes rode ui (5 g)
- Cucumber — 1 el fijne blokjes komkommer (10 g)
- Bird's Eye Chile — 1 koffiel. fijne blokjes Spaanse chili (2 g)
- Cilantro — 1 el fijngesneden koriander (3 g)
- Mint — ½ koffiel. munt (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lime Juice, Rice Vinegar, Fish Sauce, Soy Sauce.
- Add finishing notes: Sugar, Red Onion, Cucumber, Bird's Eye Chile, Cilantro, Mint.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
