Ratio by volume: Lime Juice 50 ml, Rice Vinegar 50 ml, Fish Sauce 50 ml, Soy Sauce 8 ml

Ingredients

  • Lime Juice — 50 ml limoensap
  • Rice Vinegar — 50 ml sushi-azijn
  • Fish Sauce — 50 ml vissaus
  • Soy Sauce — ½ el Tomasu Sweet & Spicy sojasaus (7.5 ml)
  • Sugar — 1 tl rietsuiker (4 g)
  • Red Onion — ½ el fijne blokjes rode ui (5 g)
  • Cucumber — 1 el fijne blokjes komkommer (10 g)
  • Bird's Eye Chile — 1 koffiel. fijne blokjes Spaanse chili (2 g)
  • Cilantro — 1 el fijngesneden koriander (3 g)
  • Mint — ½ koffiel. munt (0.5 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lime Juice, Rice Vinegar, Fish Sauce, Soy Sauce.
  2. Add finishing notes: Sugar, Red Onion, Cucumber, Bird's Eye Chile, Cilantro, Mint.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
