Ingredients

  • Yogurt100 ml Greek yogurt
  • Parsley3 Tbsp parsley (45 ml)
  • Dill Pickle100 ml pickles
  • Olive Oil2 Tbsp olive oil (30 ml)
  • Mayo100 ml mayo
  • Basil2 Tbsp basil (30 ml)
  • Scallion2 Tbsp spring onion (30 ml)
  • Lemon Zestlemon zest (1 g)
  • Garlic2 confit garlic cloves
  • Pistachios2 Tbsp salted pistachios (30 ml)
  • SaltS+P (2 g)
  • PepperS+P (0.5 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Yogurt, Parsley, Dill Pickle, Olive Oil, Mayo, Basil, Scallion, Pistachios.
  2. Add finishing notes: Lemon Zest, Garlic, Salt, Pepper.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
