Greek Yogurt¾ cup Greek yogurt (180 ml)
Mayo¼ cup mayo (60 ml)
Yuzu Kosho4 tsp green yuzu kosho (20 ml)
Lemon Zest1 tsp lemon zest (5 ml)
Garlic Powder½ tsp garlic powder (2.5 ml)
Chives3 tbsp chives (45 ml)
Dill3 tbsp dill (45 ml)
Parsley3 tbsp parsley (45 ml)
Msgoptional MSG
Water2–4 tbsp cold water (30 ml)
Saltsalt to taste

Method

Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): GREEK YOGURT, MAYO, WATER.
Shake-to-line (dashed marks): add YUZU KOSHO. Spoon in, shake, and top up until the settled level reaches each dashed line.
Add by count: ½ BUNCH CHIVES, ¼ BUNCH DILL.
Season to finish: LEMON ZEST (about ¾ tsp), GARLIC POWDER (about ½ tsp), PARSLEY (about 3½ Tbsp), MSG (to taste), SALT (to taste).
Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
