Ingredients
- White Wine Vinegar — 35 ml Weißweinessig
- Apple Wine — 10 ml Hessischer Apfelwein
- Grapeseed Oil — 80 ml Traubenkernöl
- Salt — Steinsalz (2 g)
- White Pepper — weißer Pfeffer (0.3 g)
- Sugar — 1 Prise Zucker (0.5 g)
- Caraway — etwas zerstoßene Kümmelsamen
- Chives — 1 EL Schnittlauch (15 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): White Wine Vinegar, Apple Wine, Grapeseed Oil, Chives.
- Add finishing notes: Salt, White Pepper, Sugar, Caraway.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
