Ingredients

  • Tahini80 g Tahini
  • Water120 ml Wasser
  • Lemon1 unbehandelte Zitrone (Zeste + Saft)
  • SaltSalz (2 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Tahini, Water.
  2. Add finishing notes: Lemon, Salt.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
