- Olive Oil — 6 EL Olivenöl (90 ml)
- Balsamic — 3 EL Balsamicoessig (45 ml)
- Soy Sauce — 1 EL Sojasauce (15 ml)
- Chile — 1 roter Chili, fein gehackt
- Garlic — 0.5 Zehe Knoblauch, fein gehackt
- Honey — 1 TL Lindenblüten-Honig (5 ml)
- Lime Juice — 0.5 Limette, Saft (15 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Balsamic, Soy Sauce, Honey, Lime Juice.
- Add finishing notes: Chile, Garlic.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
