Ingredients
- Greek Yogurt — 30 g Greek yoghurt 0%
- Olive Oil — 1 tsp EVOO (5 ml)
- Water — 1 tsp water (5 ml)
- Dijon Mustard — 1 tsp Dijon (5 ml)
- Lemon — zest + juice of ½ lemon
- Sugar — pinch golden caster sugar (1 g)
- Herbes De — ½ tsp dried herbes de Provence (2.5 ml)
- Basil — 1 Tbsp basil, finely chopped (15 ml)
- Parsley — 1 Tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped (15 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Greek Yogurt, Olive Oil, Water, Dijon Mustard, Herbes De, Basil, Parsley.
- Add finishing notes: Lemon, Sugar.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
