Ingredients
- Olive Oil — 2 tbsp extra virgin (30 ml)
- Lime Juice — juice of 1 lime (30 ml)
- Honey — 1 tsp runny (5 ml)
- Chile — 1/2 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- Cilantro — 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (15 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Lime Juice, Honey, Cilantro.
- Add finishing notes: Chile.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
