Ingredients

  • Capers3 msk kapris (27 g)
  • Lemon Juice2 msk citronjuice (30 ml)
  • Olive Oil4 msk olivolja (60 ml)
  • Parmesan1 dl riven parmesan (40 g)
  • Garlic1 vitlöksklyfta riven
  • Saltsalt (1 g)
  • Pepperpeppar (0.3 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lemon Juice, Olive Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Capers, Parmesan, Garlic, Salt, Pepper.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
