- Soy Sauce — 100ml
- Mirin — 100ml
- Rice Vinegar — 60ml rice wine vinegar
- Sugar — 30g caster
- Garlic — 1 clove, finely chopped
- Scallion — 4 spring onions, sliced
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Soy Sauce, Mirin, Rice Vinegar.
- Add finishing notes: Sugar, Garlic, Scallion.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
