- Mint — 1 cup mint leaves (240 ml)
- Jalapeno — 1 jalapeño, seeded and coarsely chopped
- Garlic — 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- Cumin — 1 tsp ground cumin (5 ml)
- Lemon Juice — 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (15 ml)
- Yogurt — 1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt (240 ml)
- Salt — kosher salt (2 g)
Method
- This sauce needs a blender — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
- Combine measured ingredients and blend until smooth.
