Ingredients

  • Cilantro2 cups cilantro leaves (480 ml)
  • Mint1 cup mint leaves (240 ml)
  • Jalapeno1 jalapeño, seeded and coarsely chopped
  • Garlic4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • Cumin1 tsp ground cumin (5 ml)
  • Lemon Juice1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (15 ml)
  • Yogurt1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt (240 ml)
  • Saltkosher salt (2 g)

Method

  1. This sauce needs a blender — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
  2. Combine measured ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust salt and acid.
