Sumacway Mayonnaise Ketchup-Whisky

Ingredients

  • Egg Yolk — 2 jaunes d'œufs
  • Dijon Mustard — 2 c. à s. moutarde (30 ml)
  • Grapeseed Oil — 50 cl huile de pépins de raisin (500 ml)
  • Salt — sel (2 g)
  • Pepper — poivre (0.5 g)
  • Ketchup — 2 c. à s. ketchup (30 ml)
  • Whisky — 1 c. à s. whisky (15 ml)
  • Cayenne — 1 pointe de couteau Cayenne (0.3 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Dijon Mustard, Grapeseed Oil, Ketchup, Whisky.
  2. Add finishing notes: Egg Yolk, Salt, Pepper, Whisky, Cayenne.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
