Ingredients

  • Muscat120 ml Muscat de Rivesaltes reduced to 2 Tbsp
  • Lemon Juicejuice of 1 lemon (30 ml)
  • Sesame Oil4 Tbsp sesame oil (60 ml)
  • Veal Stock2 Tbsp light veal jus (30 ml)
  • Ginger½ tsp chopped ginger (2.5 ml)
  • Oyster Coralcrushed coral from 6 spéciales oysters
  • Green Onionchopped green onions (from 4)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Muscat, Lemon Juice, Sesame Oil, Veal Stock, Ginger.
  2. Add finishing notes: Oyster Coral, Green Onion.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
