Ingredients

  • Carrot2 carrots
  • Water½ cup water (120 ml)
  • Cashews¼ cup cashews (60 ml)
  • Olive Oil¼ cup EVOO (60 ml)
  • Rice Vinegar3 Tbsp brown rice vinegar (45 ml)
  • Scallion1 scallion
  • Garlic1 clove garlic
  • Miso1 Tbsp miso (15 ml)
  • Ginger1-inch piece ginger (10 g)
  • Cayennecayenne (0.3 g)

Method

  1. This sauce needs a blender — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
  2. Combine measured ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust salt and acid.
