- Pom Molasses — 50 ml melaza de granada
- Mint — 10 g menta picada
- Dill — 10 g eneldo picado
- Red Wine Vinegar — 20 ml vinagre de vino tinto
- Olive Oil — 120 ml AOVE
- Salt — sal (2 g)
- Pepper — pimienta (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Pom Molasses, Red Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Mint, Dill, Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
