- Scallop — coral de vieiras (from 12 vieiras)
- Vinegar — 9 g vinagre
- Olive Oil — 18 g aceite
- Salt — sal (2 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Vinegar, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Scallop, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
