- Tahini — 50 g tahín
- Olive Oil — 15 ml AOVE
- Lemon Juice — zumo de ½ limón (15 ml)
- Garlic — 1 diente de ajo rallado
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Tahini, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice.
- Add finishing notes: Garlic.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
