Ingredients
- Rice Vinegar — 50 ml vinaigre de riz
- Water — 150 ml eau
- Sugar — 40 g sucre semoule
- Shallot — 1 échalote 50 g
- Ginger — 20 g gingembre net
- Cilantro — 20 feuilles coriandre
- Espelette — 1 cm piment d'Espelette (2 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Rice Vinegar, Water.
- Add finishing notes: Sugar, Shallot, Ginger, Cilantro, Espelette.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
