- White Beans — 1 can cooked large white beans (~400 g), drained + rinsed
- Garlic — 2 garlic cloves, grated
- Thyme — 10 thyme sprigs, finely chopped
- Lemon Zest — zest of 1 lemon
- Olive Oil — 1 dl (100 ml) olive oil
- Salt — salt (2 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: White Beans, Garlic, Thyme, Lemon Zest, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
