- Parsley — 4 cups loosely packed tender herbs (basil/dill/parsley) (80 g)
- Garlic — 2 garlic cloves
- Serrano — ½ serrano (5 g)
- Olive Oil — ¼ cup EVOO (60 ml)
- Capers — 1 Tbsp capers, drained (9 g)
- Nutr Yeast — 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast (5 g)
- Lemon Juice — juice of ½ lemon (15 ml)
- Salt — kosher salt (3 g)
- Ice — 3 ice cubes
Method
- This sauce needs a blender — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
- Combine measured ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust salt and acid.
