  • Garlic2 garlic cloves
  • Serrano½ serrano (5 g)
  • Olive Oil¼ cup EVOO (60 ml)
  • Capers1 Tbsp capers, drained (9 g)
  • Nutr Yeast1 Tbsp nutritional yeast (5 g)
  • Lemon Juicejuice of ½ lemon (15 ml)
  • Saltkosher salt (3 g)
  • Ice3 ice cubes

Method

  1. This sauce needs a blender — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
  2. Combine measured ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust salt and acid.
