Ingredients

  • Greek Yogurt16 oz Greek yogurt (454 ml)
  • Radish4 radishes with tops
  • Tahini2 tbsp tahini (30 ml)
  • Kalamata¼ cup chopped kalamata (60 ml)
  • Garlicgarlic
  • Habanerohabanero
  • Cumincumin
  • AleppoAleppo
  • Lemon Juice2 tbsp lemon juice (30 ml)
  • Salt1 tsp salt (5 ml)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Greek Yogurt, Tahini, Kalamata, Lemon Juice, Salt.
  2. Add finishing notes: Radish, Garlic, Habanero, Cumin, Aleppo, Salt.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
