- Carrot Juice — 2 partes del licuado de zanahoria (55 ml)
- Fino Sherry — 1/3 Fino Coquinero (9 ml)
- Soy Sauce — 1/3 soja (9 ml)
- Sherry Vinegar — 1/3 vinagre de jerez (9 ml)
- Olive Oil — 6 partes de aceite oliva suave (160 ml)
- Salt — sal (2 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Carrot Juice, Fino Sherry, Soy Sauce, Sherry Vinegar, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
