- Yogurt — 1½ cups (12 oz) plain whole-milk yogurt (360 ml)
- Scallion — 1 (5-oz) bunch scallions, trimmed & finely chopped (1⅓ cups) (140 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Yogurt.
- Add finishing notes: Scallion.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
