Ingredients

  • Sugar50 g sugar
  • Miso50 g light miso paste
  • Light Soy12 ml light soy
  • Passion Fruit12 ml passion-fruit juice
  • Saltsalt (1 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Light Soy, Passion Fruit.
  2. Add finishing notes: Sugar, Miso, Salt.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
