- Mayo — 50 g Mayonnaise
- Soy Sauce — 3 EL Sojasauce (45 ml)
- Wasabi — ½ TL Wasabipulver (2.5 ml)
- Yogurt — 50 g Naturjoghurt
- Ginger — ca. 10 g Ingwer gerieben
- Lime Zest — Zeste 1 Bio-Limette
- Lime Juice — Saft 1 Bio-Limette (30 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Mayo, Soy Sauce, Wasabi, Yogurt, Lime Juice.
- Add finishing notes: Ginger, Lime Zest.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
