Ingredients

  • Wakame50 g wakamé réhydratée
  • Dulse50 g dulse réhydratée
  • Sea Lettuce50 g laitue de mer réhydratée
  • Sesame Seed1 càc sésame blanc torréfié (5 ml)
  • Black Sesame1 càc sésame noir (5 ml)
  • Shallot2 échalotes ciselées
  • Rice Vinegar4 càs vinaigre de riz (60 ml)
  • Tamari3 càs sauce tamari strong (45 ml)
  • Sesame Oil6 càs huile de sésame torréfiée (90 ml)
  • Lemon Caviarbilles 1 gros citron caviar
  • Saltfleur de sel (2 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Sesame Seed, Black Sesame, Rice Vinegar, Tamari, Sesame Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Wakame, Dulse, Sea Lettuce, Black Sesame, Shallot, Lemon Caviar.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
