Ingredients
- Wakame — 50 g wakamé réhydratée
- Dulse — 50 g dulse réhydratée
- Sea Lettuce — 50 g laitue de mer réhydratée
- Sesame Seed — 1 càc sésame blanc torréfié (5 ml)
- Black Sesame — 1 càc sésame noir (5 ml)
- Shallot — 2 échalotes ciselées
- Rice Vinegar — 4 càs vinaigre de riz (60 ml)
- Tamari — 3 càs sauce tamari strong (45 ml)
- Sesame Oil — 6 càs huile de sésame torréfiée (90 ml)
- Lemon Caviar — billes 1 gros citron caviar
- Salt — fleur de sel (2 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Sesame Seed, Black Sesame, Rice Vinegar, Tamari, Sesame Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Wakame, Dulse, Sea Lettuce, Black Sesame, Shallot, Lemon Caviar.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
