Ingredients
- Tuna — ¾ cup oil-packed tuna, drained (180 ml)
- Bonito — ½ cup Bonito flakes, loosely packed (120 ml)
- Anchovy — 2 anchovy fillets
- Garlic — 1 small garlic clove, blanched
- Egg Yolk — 2 egg yolks
- Capers — 2 tbsp capers, rinsed (30 ml)
- Lemon Juice — 1½ tbsp lemon juice (22.5 ml)
- Dijon Mustard Mustard — 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (15 ml)
- Neutral Oil — ½ cup neutral oil (120 ml)
- Olive Oil — 3 tbsp olive oil (45 ml)
- Salt — salt, to taste
Method
- This sauce needs a blender — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
- Combine measured ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust salt and acid.
