Ratio by volume: Mayo 120 ml, Curry Powder 8 ml, Honey 8 ml

Ingredients

  • Mayo½ cup mayo (120 ml)
  • Curry Powder1½ tsp curry powder (7.5 ml)
  • Honey1½ tsp honey (warmed) (7.5 ml)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Mayo, Curry Powder, Honey.
  2. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
