- Egg Yolk — 2 egg yolks
- Wasabi — 5 ml (1 tsp) wasabi powder
- Rice Vinegar — 15 ml (1 tbsp) rice vinegar
- Sesame Oil — 45 ml (3 tbsp) sesame oil
- Vegetable Oil — 60 ml (4 tbsp) vegetable oil
- Soy Sauce — 15 ml (1 tbsp) soy sauce
- Sesame Seed — 5 ml sesame seeds
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Wasabi, Rice Vinegar, Sesame Oil, Vegetable Oil, Soy Sauce, Sesame Seed.
- Add finishing notes: Egg Yolk.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
