Ingredients
- Soy Sauce — ¾ cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce (180 ml)
- Lemon Juice — 6 Tbsp lemon juice (90 ml)
- Balsamic — 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar (45 ml)
- Truffle Oil — 3 Tbsp white truffle oil (45 ml)
- Olive Oil — 1½ cups olive oil (360 ml)
- Salt — salt (2 g)
- Pepper — black pepper (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Soy Sauce, Lemon Juice, Balsamic, Truffle Oil, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
